4 Group Calls
These 4 group calls are the anchor points of the program. The opening and closing calls create a strong container for your journey, while the live office hours offer space to receive coaching, ask questions, and feel supported every step of the way.
6 Practice Calls
The practice calls are where insight becomes embodiment. These practices offer a space to move beyond theory and into lived experience - deepening trust in your body, expanding your emotional range, and opening to more love, turn-on, and connection.
6 Separated virtual sessions for men and women
These sessions are designed to create safe spaces for men and women to work on core masculine and feminine embodiment practices and ask questions better suited for separated spaces.
